When does a lead count against my quota?
A lead is counted when a visitor interaction reaches Dalilou’s qualification criteria and a lead record is created for your account.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
Dalilou may limit additional qualified-lead creation until the next billing period or until the account is upgraded. The product will display the applicable status to the customer.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
