Is the 7-day trial available before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. The trial lasts 7 days and includes up to 20 prospects on one website or store. No credit card is required to start.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. The free trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. You only start paying after explicitly selecting a plan and completing checkout.
Can I use Dalilou on WordPress and Shopify?
Dalilou is available now for WordPress and WooCommerce. The Shopify app is currently under Shopify App Store review. After publication, Shopify will use its own Shopify-managed plans and billing.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Dalilou is designed to be installed and configured without writing custom code.
Does Starter include integrated booking?
No. Starter uses a contact or callback fallback when a visitor wants an appointment. Integrated booking and Google Calendar availability are included with Pro and Business.
How many websites or stores can I connect?
Starter and Pro include one website or store. Business supports up to five websites or stores.
What happens when I reach my monthly prospect limit?
When the available prospect quota is exhausted, new prospects are no longer delivered against that period’s allowance. You can upgrade your plan or use an eligible extra prospect pack.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can choose the plan that matches your current volume and move to a higher-capacity option as your needs grow.
