Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Chabir LLC, operating the Dalilou brand (“Dalilou”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when customers use the Dalilou website, SaaS platform, WordPress integration and AI Sales Agent services.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how Dalilou is used, we may process account information, business information, billing-related identifiers, website configuration data, technical logs, support communications and information submitted by website visitors during conversations with a customer’s Dalilou Sales Agent.
2. Visitor conversation data
Dalilou may process conversation messages, contact details and qualification information submitted by visitors to a customer’s website. The Dalilou customer determines how the Sales Agent is used on its website and is responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for its own visitors.
3. How we use information

- Configure and improve customer Sales Agents.
- Create and manage leads generated through customer websites.
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, licensing and support.
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents and maintain service reliability.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. AI and service providers
Dalilou relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, hosting and AI service providers to operate the service. Information may be processed by these providers only as necessary for the functions they provide to Dalilou and subject to their applicable contractual and security arrangements.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis for their own collection and use of visitor data through Dalilou.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the customer’s account status.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and customer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
Dalilou is operated by a United States company and may use service providers located in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to {SUPPORT_EMAIL}. We may need to verify the identity and context of the requester before completing a request.
10. Customers acting as controllers
When Dalilou processes personal information on behalf of a business customer through that customer’s website, the customer may act as the controller or business and Dalilou may act as a processor or service provider, depending on applicable law and the specific processing activity.
11. Children’s privacy
Dalilou is a business service and is not directed to children. Customers should not intentionally configure Dalilou to collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.
