Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Dalilou, a SaaS service operated by Chabir LLC (“Dalilou”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. The service
Dalilou provides AI-powered software for business websites, including an AI Sales Agent that can engage visitors, answer questions, qualify prospects, collect contact information and create lead records. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must have authority to enter into these Terms. Dalilou is intended primarily for business and professional use. You are responsible for the activity occurring through your account and connected website.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, resell or transfer access except as expressly permitted by Dalilou.
4. Trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 7-day free trial with up to 20 qualified leads. No credit card is required to start the launch trial. Trial eligibility, limits and features may be modified or withdrawn where abuse or repeated trial creation is suspected.
5. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Current public launch pricing is Starter €29.90/month, Pro €69/month and Business €199/month, before any applicable taxes. The plan and amount shown at checkout control in the event of a discrepancy.
6. Usage limits
Plans include monthly qualified-lead limits. A lead is counted when a visitor interaction reaches Dalilou’s qualification criteria and a lead record is created for the customer account. When a plan limit is reached, Dalilou may restrict additional qualified-lead creation until the next period or an upgrade.
7. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already validly incurred. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your website content, the accuracy of information provided to Dalilou, your relationship with website visitors and leads, and any notices or consents required for your use of AI, cookies, tracking or personal information.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use Dalilou for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity; to interfere with the service; to attempt unauthorized access; to distribute malware; to violate third-party rights; or to circumvent plan, licensing, security or usage controls.
11. AI output
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Customers are responsible for reviewing their configuration and should not rely on Dalilou as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update, add, remove or modify functionality when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.
13. Intellectual property
Dalilou, its software, branding, documentation and platform elements are owned by Chabir LLC or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their own business content and data, subject to the rights needed for Dalilou to process that content to provide the service.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful use or attempts to circumvent technical or licensing controls. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, conversion rate, revenue or business result from using Dalilou.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chabir LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation is subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Chabir LLC in the State of Delaware, United States, without excluding any mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that apply by law to a customer.
